Why should you talk to me?

Having worked in the Financial & Legal sector for almost 20 years it is highly likely there is not a problem or scenario I have not previously come across before. I can point out potential problems you may encounter later in life which may save you and your loved ones a great deal of stress and a great deal of time, energy and money. Estate Planning puts you in control, minimises your estate's exposure to several threats, preserves your assets and gives you peace of mind.

If you die intestate (without a Will) your spouse or Civil Partner won’t automatically inherit all you’ve worked so hard for, your children could be at risk and an unmarried partner would inherit nothing.

The larger companies, generally law firms and banks who are operating in the market, tend to offer a less personal service these days where staff turnover is high and whilst you can contact their call centre, they do not know you and your individual circumstances. They can also be very expensive!

I formed the business to provide my clients, old and new with an alternative option to provide tailored, straight forward advice, where you can call me on my mobile, deal with one person and not have to go through a call centre but still have the backing and support of a large national company. I am happy to meet with you at the office, your home or even your friends or families home, whatever works for you best.

Having grown up and lived in West Yorkshire all my life, I have worked in the Legal & Financial Services sector since 1998, running a number of departments and companies. Whilst I have clients all over the UK, including London and the South East, most of my work is with clients locally in the West Yorkshire area where I am based. I am an Associate Member of the Institute of Professional Willwriters so you know you are in safe hands. I am committed to providing sound solutions, responsibly, with integrity, to help my clients enjoy a secure financial future, knowing that when they are no longer here everything has been taken care of.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my wife and two children, walking in the Yorkshire Dales whilst following Football and Rugby League.
